Worst service I have had! I went to pick up 4 prescriptions through the drive thru at the North Ogden Smith's. I was getting ready to leave the country for a couple weeks and needed my prescriptions refilled before I left the following night. The first pharmacy tech was awesome. He found the prescriptions, but said they were still working on one of them. He asked me to circle around and come back in 10 minutes. When I came back to the window, the Pharmacist was the one who came to the window. I gave him my info and he said that he actually had to order one prescription and it wouldn't be in until Thursday (this was on a Tuesday). He was extremely rude and arrogant. I also had questions about the prescriptions that I did pick up. He was in such a hurry that he never asked if I had questions and when I started asking questions he made me feel like he was very annoyed and he was very short with me. I went home and called the Smith's pharmacy on 12th St in Ogden. The Pharmacist that I talked to on the phone was great. He actually answered all of my questions and also said that the prescription that had to be ordered in, he could change to the very exact same thing and have it for me before I left for my trip. I wish I knew that Pharmacist's name because he deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond. As far as my business goes....I will never go back to the North Ogden Smith's Pharmacy, but I will, however turn my business over to the pharmacy on 12th and Harrison.
I cannot begin express my gratitude for the Pharmacist Ryan. It doesn't happen very often that you receive this level of service. Thankmyou for caring and going above and beyond!
Employees are all rude with the exception of one man. The first bad expirience I had here was I tried to get a new birth control prescription and the lady responded very snarky "you know this is going to be over $50 right?" Like I couldn't afford it. I could young but I am married with a child already, and can Definitely afford $50. I stopped going there after that, until tonight I had a late appt to get my wisdom teeth out and needed my pain prescription filled, I got there at 9:20 (they close at 10) and the pharmacy was already locked up! Terrible customer service. You are a business, you can't just decide to close early.
Not only is this a convenient location but most of the employees are very helpful and go out of their way to make everything easier on you. The only bad thing was that one night the pharmacy had closed early.
Always great service! Most of the staff members are friendly and curteous. Sure, there are a few that are less so, but they aren't by any means rude, just focused on doing their jobs. One of the pharmacists knows my name and is always so cheery and caring. I have only had one bad experience there in 10 years and they addressed it when I brought it to their attention. I love this pharmacy!
