I don’t know if she still works there but clearly this insurance company doesn’t care how you are treated.
This happened many years ago and I didn’t write a review of how awful this insurance company was Because back in the day reviews were not a thing. But the memory of how I was treated when I went into buy an auto insurance policy never went away. The receptionist I believe was related to the owner of the agency and she was incredibly rude. She told me to sit down in a rude tone and when I told her what I was there for she replied “I didn’t ask and I don’t care.” I was shocked that she had such a rude attitude.
